How do you know how many sessions it will take?
Past experience let's us know how long things usually take. That being said, we aren't always right. If, at any point, we see that things will take more (or less) time we will let you know the additional fee immediately. If you feel like you can finish the project on your own then we will leave you with instruction to do that. If not, we are glad to stay and see the project through to the end.

Do I need to be there when you are working?
In some instances, like home staging, packing and unpacking for a move or if you've hired us for the parent package you don't need to be there. However, when we are working with our organization clients our goal is not just to get you organized, but keep you organized. With that in mind we absolutely want you to work with us. During each session we teach the skills ​you need in order to stay organized. If we work alone you might find yourself right back in your same situation and that doesn't make anyone happy. So, although we can't force you to work with us, we hope that you will.

Should I do anything before our first session?
This will be discussed during the consultation, but in general we ask that you get a good nights sleep, have snacks pre-prepared, turn off your cell phone, find a baby-sitter and give us 100% of your attention for the entire session.​

What will the session entail?
This depends on what you need done, but in general we take the lead and guide you through the project. Working as the project manager we develop a plan and then work through it step by step with you.

Some projects are not priced per session, but by project. This includes any pre-priced package from our website, facebook page or promotional material. If this is an option for you we will let you know. We guarantee to quote our best price every time, for every client.

What's included in the consultation?
The initial consultation is when we meet, discuss your vision, take measurements & photos, evaluate your home's potential and begin to develop a plan for your space.

Can we skip the consultation?
So this is the thing...the consultation is our way to assess the project. Skipping it would be like reading a book and skipping the first 3 chapters. Without ​the consultation there would be no foundation to your project. We work in a step by step, methodical fashion, and that means starting with Step 1, the consultation.

How long will the consultation take?
This varies depending on the complexity of your project​, but in general we can complete the consultation within an hour.

What if I decide not to move forward after the consultation?
We hate this idea​, but we also understand that sometimes all you need is a little guidance and you can do all the work yourself. Because of this we will give you the plan we develop during the consultation and you can take it from there.

I think I might need more than 8 sessions to complete my project. Do you offer any bigger packages?
After you purchase 8 sessions we consider you an organizational guru and any additional ​time you book with us is at the discounted rate of $75 per hour for the life of our relationship!
